Does it need direct sunlight?
No. The solar panel charges from natural daylight and can still collect energy on overcast days. A brighter, uncovered location generally provides the longest glow.
Can it stay outside during winter?
Santa’s Lightfall™ is designed for outdoor seasonal use and normal winter weather. Bring it indoors during severe storms, extreme winds or unusually harsh conditions to help it last for many Christmases.
Can I mix colors in a bundle?
Yes. With Duo and Trio bundles, you can select Warm White or Multicolor separately for every Santa’s Lightfall™ in your bundle.
Is assembly required?
Only a simple setup is needed. Connect the stake sections, place it securely in the ground and choose your preferred switch setting. No tools, wiring or electrical outlet are required.
Why is it not lighting up automatically?
Make sure the switch is set to AUTO, the solar panel is uncovered and the surroundings are dark enough. Nearby outdoor lighting can make the sensor think it is still daytime.
